Terms of service
DRAFT · pending legal review. Last updated 6 October 2026. The agreement between your shop and Sellor.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Mundalix Ltd ("Sellor"), a company registered in England and Wales, for using the Sellor shop app, Sellor Care and the shop pages we host. By creating a shop or signing in, you accept them. If you use Sellor for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.
Version 2026-10-06, last updated 6 October 2026. Customers who buy from a shop are covered by the Customer terms; delivery partners by the Picker agreement; Care team members by the Care team rules.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of adulthood where you live is higher, and give true details. Keep your sign-in codes and branch access codes private. You are responsible for everything done from your account and from the branch devices you allow.
Owners decide who gets a branch access code and a Care team invite, and are responsible for what branch managers and team members do in the shop. Remove access as soon as someone leaves.
Verify your email address within 7 days of opening your shop. If it is still unverified after 7 days, new orders pause until you verify it.
3. Identity verification
Before your shop goes live, the shop owner must verify their identity with a photo ID and a live selfie. The name on the ID must match the name on the account. Shops that are not verified stay offline. Orders already placed can still be delivered.
4. Business details
Where the law requires marketplaces to know who their sellers are (for example the EU Digital Services Act, UK consumer law and the US INFORM Consumers Act for high-volume sellers), you must give your legal business name, address, phone, email, registration number and tax ID, and confirm that you sell only legal products. Some of these details are shown to customers on your shop page. If you do not give them, or they turn out to be false, new orders pause until they are fixed.
5. Your shop
You are the seller of every product in your shop. You are responsible for your listings, prices, stock, delivery promises, returns and taxes, and for following the laws that apply to your business. Product details and photos must be accurate and must belong to you or be used with permission.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for registering for, collecting and paying the taxes that apply to your sales, such as VAT, GST or sales tax, and for issuing the tax documents the law requires.
In some countries and US states the law makes the marketplace collect tax on sales. Where that applies, Sellor adds the tax at checkout and pays it to the tax authority, and we tell you in advance. Sellor may also have to report your sales to tax authorities. Sellor fee amounts are shown before any tax that applies to them; where the law requires, tax is added to your statement.
7. What you can sell
You may sell only legal products. Banned items can never be listed, and restricted items need a valid licence. The full list is in Settings › Support › Prohibited items.
8. Rules for using Sellor
You must not:
9. Sanctions and export rules
You must not use Sellor if you are in, or sell to, a country or person under sanctions that apply to Sellor, and you must follow export and import rules for the products you sell.
10. Product review and enforcement
Sellor checks products automatically and reviews flagged products and customer reports. Each product that breaks the rules is removed and counts as a strike: the first strike is a warning, the second pauses new orders, and the third hides your shop. Sellor may also act at once where the law requires it, and may report illegal selling to the authorities.
A restricted product stays hidden until its licence is approved, and is hidden again on the day the licence expires. We remind you 30 days before.
You can appeal a removal from the product within 14 days. If the appeal is accepted, the product returns and its strike is removed. A paused or hidden shop is restored once the reason is fixed, for example when a strike is removed on appeal.
11. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report a product, shop or message they believe is illegal or breaks these terms, using “Report this product” or abuse@sellor.app. We review reports promptly, and when we remove or restrict something we tell the shop which rule or law it broke and why.
You can challenge any of our decisions through the appeal on the product or through Contact support.
12. Orders and delivery
At launch, customers pay cash on delivery or at pickup. Where Sellor later offers online payment in your region, it is processed under separate payment terms. When you confirm an order, you agree to fulfil it as described. If you hand an order to a Sellor Picker, the picker collects the delivery charge from the customer. Cash collected belongs to you; Sellor does not hold your money.
Prices are shown in your shop’s currency. If you ship to another country, you must tell customers about any import duties or taxes before they order.
13. Local consumer and e-commerce rules
You must follow the consumer and e-commerce laws of every country you sell to. Some of the main rules:
14. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You must set a clear return policy and follow the consumer protection laws that apply to you, whatever your own policy says. If a product arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, the customer is entitled to a return.
When an order is returned, you hand back the cash the customer paid and mark it as returned in Sellor. Cancelled, failed and returned orders are not charged a Sellor fee.
15. Delivery partners
If you hand an order to a Sellor Picker, the picker is responsible for the order from pickup until delivery, and for the cash they collect on your behalf. If an order is lost or damaged while with a picker, report it to us through Settings › Support › Contact support within 48 hours, with the order code and Sellor will help settle it with the picker. If you use your own courier or deliver yourself, you are responsible for the delivery.
16. Sellor fee
Sellor charges a fee on each delivered order, shown in Settings › Payments › Sellor fee. The fee is fixed when you confirm the order, is not charged on cancelled or failed orders, and is reversed on returns. Fees add up to a monthly statement issued on the 1st and due on the 15th. If an overdue balance passes the set limit, confirming new orders is paused until you pay. We tell you at least 30 days before the fee sheet changes.
If you pay by bank transfer, the payment shows as under review until we match it. If we cannot match it within 3 business days, the balance returns to due.
New shops may get a launch offer that waives the Sellor fee for a set number of months. The offer and its length are shown in the app when you open your shop.
17. Customers and their information
Use customer details only to fulfil orders, answer questions and handle returns, as our Privacy policy describes. Treat customers fairly and answer their messages.
18. Disputes with customers
The sale is between you and your customer, and you should try to solve any problem with them first. If you cannot agree, either of you can ask Sellor to look at the order history and messages. Sellor may give its view, but it is not a court and cannot force either side to pay.
19. Chats and messages
Chats with customers, pickers and Sellor staff must be respectful and about the order or shop. You must not send threats, abuse, sexual content, scams, links to illegal goods, or ask customers to pay outside Sellor to avoid the fee.
Sellor scans reported chats and may review them. A message that breaks these rules can be hidden, and repeated breaches count as strikes the same way product breaches do.
20. Content and licence
You keep ownership of your photos, text and logo. You allow Sellor to show them in your shop, in search and in receipts so we can run the service. The Sellor name, app and design belong to Sellor.
21. Other services
Sellor works with services run by other companies, such as payment providers, maps, WhatsApp, email and SMS. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. Sellor is not responsible for services it does not run.
22. Reporting content that copies your work
If a shop copies your brand, photos or designs, report it through Settings › Support › Contact support with proof that you own the work. We remove content that clearly breaks the rules and tell the shop, which can respond. Shops that copy others’ work repeatedly are closed.
23. Pausing or closing a shop
You can close your shop at any time from Settings › Session › Delete account, after paying any fee you owe. Sellor may pause or hide a shop that breaks these terms, leaves fees unpaid, or puts customers at risk. We will tell you why, and you can ask for the decision to be reviewed through Contact support. We answer within 14 days.
When a shop is closed, you can still export your products and orders for 30 days, and any fee you owe is still due. Orders already placed must still be delivered or cancelled.
24. Changes to the service
Sellor may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important that you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we can. We may stop the service for maintenance, and we try to do this when shops are least busy.
25. Liability
Sellor provides the app as it is and works to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Sellor is not a party to the sale between you and your customer. To the extent the law allows, Sellor is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
26. Your responsibility to Sellor
If someone makes a claim against Sellor because of your products, your listings or how you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the costs Sellor reasonably has to pay because of it.
27. Events outside our control
Neither you nor Sellor is responsible for delays or failures caused by events neither can reasonably control, such as natural disasters, floods, power or internet cuts, strikes or government action.
28. Changes to these terms
If we make an important change, we will tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Sellor after that, the new terms apply.
29. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
This does not take away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be changed by contract, including consumer and e-commerce laws, and the right of consumers to go to their local courts.
30. Language
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and it differs from the English version, the English version applies.
31. General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If Sellor does not enforce a right straight away, it can still do so later. You cannot transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our agreement; Sellor may transfer them to a company that takes over the service. These terms, the Privacy policy and the Prohibited items list are the whole agreement between you and Sellor about using Sellor.
